Resolved

Due to a bug in a deployment script, 29 June 2021 from 9:38 PM UTC - 9:48 PM UTC the sentry web ui was unavailable. The error was noticed and immediately rolled back to previous state, restoring full operation ~10 minutes from time of detection.
