During the period of May 23rd, 08:00-09:00 UTC, file uploads (debug information files and source maps) encountered an outage resulting in broken file uploads in that time frame. You might have experienced HTTP 413/400 responses while uploading files. If you performed any uploads in that period of time you will encounter that source maps or debug information files do not apply correctly. If you are impacted and you are able, trigger the upload again.
