Loss of Events from raven-python SDK

Resolved

During the period from 9:53 to 21:20 UTC, we have incorrectly rejected compressed event submissions from the raven-python SDK as invalid requests. A fix has been implemented and we have verified that events from that SDK are now accepted again.
